June 17 – 1 Peter 1:1-12

  1. Do we embrace the refinement process, or do we try to avoid it at all cost?
  2. What does it mean to have joy in the here and now?
  3. Can we have the hope of salvation without the resurrection of Jesus?
  4. What does it mean to be sanctified by the Holy Spirit?

June 18 – Ephesians 1:1-14

  1. What is this inheritance that we have been promised?
  2. What is our response to God’s free gift of grace?
  3. Does God predestine those who will get into heaven or what our inheritance will be?

June 19 – Romans 5:1-11

  1. What does it mean to rejoice in our sufferings?
  2. Do we use God’s free gift so we can avoid Hell?
  3. If we are unwilling to die for those we like, how much more amazing is it that God died for those who are His enemies?
  4. How do justice and grace go together?

June 20 – Job 23:1-17

  1. How often do we feel that God is ignoring us or nowhere to be found?
  2. During this season of life, do we walk away or keep on doing what we know to be true?
  3. What is our response to God’s unchanging greatness?

June 21 – James 1:1-18

  1. Can doubt serve a purpose, or does it do more harm than good?
  2. How do wisdom and discernment go together?
  3. Do we strive for things that have eternal value or for things that do not last?
  4. How does pride always come before the fall?

June 22 – Matthew 13:1-17

  1. If God gave us two ears, are we using them to hear?
  2. What type of soil are you?
  3. What prevents us from understanding the things we see and hear?
  4. If we are not putting to use what we know and understand, what is the point of knowing and understanding those things?

June 23 – Hebrews 10:19-39

  1. If vengeance is truly God’s, why do we try to take it from Him?
  2. How can we have assurance of our salvation and what is to come?
  3. Are we fooling ourselves or mocking God and His grace if we continue to sin and fail to repent?
