November 4 – 2 Thess. 2:1-17

  1. Is lawlessness a rejection of God’s authority and goodness?
  2. If we deem ourselves and others as good, does this mean we are exalting ourselves to god-like status?
  3. What does it mean to be beloved and elected by God?
  4. How is God’s truth the perfect medication for our delusions of greatness?

November 5 – Mark 13:3-13

  1. Are we prepared to give an answer in all seasons?
  2. Are we more concerned with trying to figure out when Jesus is coming back, or living out our faith knowing that we are not guaranteed our next breath?
  3. What does it mean to be on our guard?

November 6 – Mark 13:14-23

  1. How do we decipher what is true and what is fake news?
  2. If God’s grace is sufficient, does the tribulation really matter for believers?

November 7 – Mark 13:24-37

  1. In the midst of chaos, do we take comfort that God’s words do not fade away?
  2. If we knew the day and hour of Christ’s return, would we put off telling others about God’s grace and growing in God’s grace?
  3. How are we supposed to know what is going on in the world but not be consumed by it?

November 8 – Revelation 13:1-10

  1. Are we using our ears to hear God’s commands or our own?
  2. How do we tell the difference between fact and fiction?

November 9 – Revelation 13:11-18

  1. Is the anti-Christ more concerned with truth telling, or manipulation and lies?
  2. How can we tell the difference between a fake and the real deal?

November 10 – 2 Timothy 4:1-8

  1. How do hope and perseverance go together?
  2. What is this good news that we are to preach?
  3. What does it mean to be a living sacrifice?
  4. Do we not value Scripture because we are wrong and don’t want to be corrected?
